Current Projects
Our current portfolio is led by the restoration of the Cathedral Hotel in Salisbury, a landmark project highlighting our expertise in heritage construction and conservation. Working closely with conservation officers and local stakeholders, we combine traditional craftsmanship with modern techniques to preserve historic features while upgrading buildings for contemporary use.
Our team specialises in listed and historically sensitive properties, carefully planning each stage to protect the fabric of the building and minimise disruption. Additional projects will be added here as new restorations begin.

Cathedral Hotel Restoration Project, Salisbury
Set in the shadow of Salisbury Cathedral's famous spire, the Cathedral Hotel is a historic part of Salisbury's city centre and conservation area. Dating from the late 18th century, the building's traditional façade, sash windows and period interiors contribute to the character of the surrounding streets.
The current restoration project combines careful conservation with modern upgrades. Structural repairs to the roof, floors and walls are securing the building's long-term future, while the exterior is being cleaned and repointed using traditional lime mortar. Windows and historic materials are being repaired wherever possible to retain the building's original character.
Inside, guest rooms and public spaces are being sensitively refurbished with improved services, accessibility and energy efficiency. When complete, the restored Cathedral Hotel will preserve an important heritage building while providing high-quality accommodation and a welcoming venue for visitors and the Salisbury community.
